For admission in government medical colleges of Gujarat you must get a score of around 600 if you want to get seats via the 15% all India quota and score in excess of 500 to 520 if you want to get a seat via the 85% open State quota

You must score marks more than 590 in NEET exam for admission to Government Medical Colleges in Gujarat under 15% All India Quota and for admission under state quota you must score 500+ marks ( for open category)
