Yes , you can definitely get into government medical colleges for your mbbs after passing your 12th from a private cbse school in jharkhand as cbse board is a recognised board.

Actually if you want to get into medical colleges then you need to give an entrance exam called NEET examination and if you managed to pass it with good marks then you can definitely get into a seat in government medical college.
