Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in himachal pradesh through state quota .As per previous year records ,in 2017 the minimum marks required by an ac candidate was 412 for pt. . Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Based on the previous year cut off marks, you have more chances to get a seat in government colleges of Himachal Pradesh. Because based on your category cut off marks around 437-539 is required. You can get a seat in the following government colleges easily,

  • Dr YS Parmar college
  • Pt JN College
