see your scores are really good.

you can get admission in two up medical colleges as follow according to previous year cutoff

U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow

and for gujrat medical colleges 15% seats are flls by all india quota.

see in private medical colleges fees are 6-8 times higher then government colleges.

Hello,
You have not mentioned your category any where,so i assume.it to be general .
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a private medical college in gujrat are good.total expenses can varg from 50 to even 80 lakhs
But it would be better to take admission in uttar pradesh .Your dimicile night help you in branding a better seat.
