Hello Rabindra,
For admission in private medical college through management qouta, your state of domicile hardly matters.
The admission through management qouta is by open category.
So it doesn't matters that you belong to West Bengal, you can still get a seat in any other indian state.
You just have to register on the mcc website for management/ paid seat.
