nios stands for national institute of open schooling. and it comes under the recognized board of India.  so you can definitely get admission in MIT pine, if you have required cutoff. score .

As per your doubt I am informing you that Manipal institute of technology Pune accept NIOS board students so feel free to have admission there if you have done your class 12th from NIOS board and your admission will be considered on the basis of the entrance exam score, and if you want to have admission there so you can also go with the management quota.
