You cannot get admission in mnnit allahabad through uptu as mnnit admissions are only made on jee main basis through josaa counseling only any other mode of admission is not possible at btech level you have mentioned that you have home state quota so it might get you some relaxation but otherwise admission will be only on basis of jee main
