You can try for private Bams college at these marks. Last year cutoff for general ews was 150+ marks. You should go till last round.
You can try for BHMS if you are interested. They both are flourishing career options and competition for them is increasing day by day.
You should also try in your state as you didn't mention your state so I am not able to tell about it.
