Rank is what actually matters. For SPCE generally people with State Merit Rank under 1000 can get Civil easily and for Mechanical, people with State Merit Rank under 200 can expect a seat. If you still intend to know marks to keep as a target or something then according to the past years trend, Mechanical at SPCE generally requires marks at least 185 and for Civil it requires at least 170. These are CAP round 1 cutoffs and decrease in subsequent rounds. I hope you get admission in one of these branches at SPCE.
