No. For admission to B.tech programmes of SRM you need to appear for SRMJEE. SRM does not take admission through JEE mains rank list. SRMJEE is a 2 hours 30 minutes online exam which comprises of 125 questions, from physics, chemistry, mathematics, english and aptitude each carrying one marks.

Due to COVID-19, SRMJEE has been postponed and the new dates will be released shortly by the university.

You can take admission in SRM through JEE MAINS if your rank is in top 10,000 or top rankers of Tamil Nadu,or are sport person in national or international level.

Other wise you will have to give the private exam of SRM that is SRMJEE for admission in the college

therefore Only if you fulfill the criteria of being in the top 10k you can take admission through JEE MAIN score .
