Considering the previous year cutoff trends  and your score ,you do not have chances for any government college or private college because the minimum score needed to get a seat in private or government college is 350 and 500 respectively . But i did not get what you try to mean by this college , if there is any particular college , please mention its name.
Since your scorel is 244 which is much less than these marks you only have chances for deemed colleges where you have to pay a much higher fee so if you have no fee issues then you can take admission in deemed colleges otherwise I suggest you to give the Neet exam next year and prepare for the best .

Sorry to say that "this" is not any college. Don't take it serious I simply mean that please provide the college name in your question properly. As far as my knowledge at this score you can get only private college for the courses like bhms BDS bams etc.
