Comedk and vit Vellore admission are completely different. Vit is a university and conduct its own exam known as viteee. You have to secure rank in viteee and attend its counselling for getting admission in vit. 

Comedk unigauge contains mostly bangalore colleges and specially universities like Reva, msruas, dsat etc. The college which are not under uget are put into unigauge. Some other colleges like jaypee guna etc colleges which are not famous and popular containing university status are mostly present in comedk unigauge.
