No,  you can't get directly the admission in YMCA  on the basia of your 12 tb marks. You have to appear for Jee Mains. Board percentage will not be included in calculating the JEE Mains rank but 75% is the minimum percentage required to appear for jee mains exam. 

YMCA offers B.Tech, BBA,  BCA and B.Sc at UG level.  It also offers M.Tech,  MBA,  MCA, M.Sc and MA programs at PG level.  The university offers Ph.D. program in various disciplines at Research level. 

- Admission to B.Tech is done on the basis of JEE Mains followed by HETES counseling. 

- for remaining UG courses,  candidates are selected on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. 

For getting admission in YMCA,  there are 4 rounds of which 2 are online counseling and other 2 are physical counselling.
