Yes, you can get into AIIMS through Neet examination

This is because,

AIIMS MBBS entrance examination has been scrapped off and now admission to all the medical college of India including AIIMS is through Neet examination

Now,

Neet examination is conducted in following languages

  • Assamese
  • Bengali
  • English
  • Gujarati
  • Hindi
  • Kannada
  • Marathi
  • Oriya
  • Tamil
  • Telugu
  • Urdu

So, yes you can give Neet examination in Assamese language and if you managed to perform well then you can get into AIIMS, if you want to get into AIIMS you should target at least 650 marks
