You haven't mentioned the course in which you want to take admission in or get enrolled in. Admissions to various courses are done differently, many are conducted on entrance exam basis( facilitated by a particular college, state level or national level ). Admissions to various courses are done on merit basis. Like University of Delhi(DU) until now has granted admission to various courses on the basis of merit as well as through entrance exams. You may mention the course in which you want to take admission so that the eligibility criteria, admission process and colleges for that course can be provided to you.
