Hello, sorry but there is no other option to get admission in any medical college without neet. NEET is a national exam which has become mandatory for all the students who want to pursue medical in future. So you can't get admission without neet. Also for applying in neet eligibility criteria is 50 percentile in physics, chemistry ,biology and english so low marks won't work for that too.
