NEET and AIIMS are separate entrance exam. You have to apply for AIIMS separately in order to get admission.

NEET is conducted by CBSE to fill seats in various govt medical colleges and now private colleges . AIIMS conducts its own entrance exam for 672 seats. You should apply for the both the exams.

Yes, to get into any medical college you have to appear for the NEET UG to get through in this course. So similarlyto get into AIIMS as well you have to appear for the NEET exam.
