As you have mentioned your Ews category rank so at this rank you can't get this branches in any Nit, IIIT so if wait till special round of counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling called as Csab counseling may be in some gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar,Assam University you would have chances.

But all things depends on cutoff which changes every year.

I would recommend you to apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission.

There are some good private universities like Chandigarh University,Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era you should apply for admission in these University for CS, EC branch.
