Can i get any good college in uptu my uptu rank is 3113 and mark is 344 ?

Hi Candidate! You performed well and congratulations for it. You may get a seat in government college. If you will mention your category that will be more helpful to give clarified answer. You can wait for the counselling you may get government college in 3rd or 4th round of counselling. If you cannot get seat in government college go for the private college. You will definitely get a good private college.
