Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any government colleges with this rank or marks . If you want to get admission in a government medical College or dental college then you have to score atleast 450 marks in OBC category.

With 384 marks in neet 2019 you can not get any seat in government medical college as last year cutoff for obc category was 490 and this year it is expected to increase as this year the paper was easy .
