I would like to inform you that the number of seats available in Spot counseeling round of wbjee is quite minimal because only the unfilled seats are considered. Moreover many students give spot round a chance to get their desired college thus getting any government college is quite challenging with 23k rank.

In the spot round of counselling the left over and unfilled seats will be given to the students . 

So in the spot there will be very few seats in the top govt Colleges . So it will be difficult you to get the seat in government college in the spot round of counselling
