I assume you belong to general category as you have not mentioned.
As you have mentioned with UR category and 524 marks, your chances of getting a top government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
