Itis almost impossible to get any IITs. If there is 10000 seats in total, only 27% is reserved for OBC quota. So almost 2700 seats for OBC. So for even core branches cutoff goes till 5000 so you need to decide or go for something else.

Its really tough to get an IIT with this rank. However you are a privileged category so there are chances of you getting admissions into it but not with top branches like CSE. Although if you choose to go NIT you would definitely get a good one with desired branch as well.

Rank is quite hogh however you can apply to Agartala, Hyderabad
