Very bleak chances.

The last general candidate to get into RIMS this year held a score north of 530. Hence, if this trend continues you will definitely see the cut off rise to about 540 which is less likely to happen because the CBSE will try its best to rectify the mistakes it made this year like putting a lot of previously asked questions in Physics and applying absurd policies like moderation to those who took tests in vernacular languages.

So I finally speculate the cutoff marks to float around 520 to get into RIMS through general category. The said decline might be seen due to the increase in the difficulty of questions asked.
