This is because,

With 85 percentile in JEE mains you have failed to qualify JEE mains as you belong to general category and qualifying cut off percentile for general category is 90.3765335 percentile

As you have not qualified JEE main, you are not eligible for even josaa counselling and thus cannot get into NIT , IIIT ,gftis etc
