No, it is not possible to get any of the NITs/IIITs and GFTIs which take admission through JOSAA counselling with your rank. Try some other private colleges such as Jaypee or GL Bajaj etc which are in noida and you will surely get admission somewhere but government colleges are impossible at this score!
