I will suggest you to appear for spot round also. Because it gives a chance to improve your branch and college also..

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Even in lower nits the closing cutoff for obc candidates for lower branches ends up at maximum 14k to 15k .
