According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get NITs because if we consider your home state then you are eligible for taking advantage of your home state quota for MNNIT Allahabad but your rank is quite low even for Home state quota and in other states you cannot get NITs on such rank as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Cutoff changes every year so last years cutoff is for reference, so as per last years cutoff, i cannot see chances of getting a seat in NITs. And for IIITs, GFTIs too with this rank there are less chances. However, you can try for other state counselings like M.P, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, etc to get into your desired stream. For predictions of your colleges that you might get in JoSAA and other state counselings based on your rank you can use college predictor tool.
