Yes, you can but as per your rank, it's only possible in private colleges only. There are many private colleges in West Bengal which is affiliated with under West Bengal University of Technology(WBUT). Some are like- Techno India University, Natula Institute of Technology, University of Engineering and Management Newtown, Adams University, Future institute of Technology etc.
