Chances are extremely less. This year have an heavy competition even for the one who scored 490+ is not going to be a easy job to get a medical college. Many people scored 500 and a lot of people have scored above 550 this year. It is never wrong to have scope but still you have chances for private colleges and management quota. Certain private colleges just requires a pass mark to get a medical seat. if you are desperate to get a government college give a try next year too.
