Upgradation of your choice will be done in REAP if the colleges and the branches you have selected above you alloted college have some seats vacant. There can be two cases of getting seat vacant one is the students did not reported to the college amd 2nd is that the alloted student got another seat in upward movement. 

So it would depend on above factors and in most cases the seats get upgraded.
