As you belong to the general category, and your score is 365 marks which is not sufficient to land you in any government college for BHMS. Getting a government seat with 365 marks is not possible if you apply under 15% All India Quota. But if you apply under 85% state quota, then you have moderate chances to land in any government medical college for BHMS. For another option, you have good chances to get a good private medical college for BHMS course with 365 marks.

But as a preference, firstly try 85% under state quota, if you don't get a seat then you may look for the private medical colleges.
