In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.at 141 out of 720 it seems difficult to get collage but you must go for counseling, might try your luck.
Or you can drop and prepare for next year to get a government college.

Hope you are doing well. It will be difficult for you to get government or private seat for bhms as your marks is quite low in accordance with your score in neet . Since you didn't mention your category therefore I consider you to be from general category.

Your must score atleast 250+ to get a good private college and 480+ to get government seat for bhms. Since you didn't score near to the cutoff score therefore your chances are less to get government seat for bhms.

You can try for exam one more time or else you can go for any other course . Although the cutoff for colleges changes every year.
