Hi Sumit,
As far as the news go, there is no need for clearing NEET for BPT course eligibility. You can simply give a state's own combined entrance exam and get selected into their colleges for a Physiotherapy course. Although if it is included and I'm unaware, it will be quite a new addition and no one can be certain of it's cut-offs and closing ranks.
