To get the Computer Science Engineering branch in Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal you should at least get a Rank under 18000 in light of earlier year's shorts for category 1. Since your rank is 38000 you have less chance of getting CSE in category 1 but you might get in category 2 or 3. Don't lose hope.
