Hello,
The cut off in 2019 for Civil Engineering in NIT, Calicut was 889 for ST other state category and 15259 for ST home state category.
If we calculate your expected rank by the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100 it will around 243322. In January session 869010 candidates appeared. Your rank based on your category is expected to be in between 5200-6000.
You may have chances of getting seat if you are from home state otherwise it is difficult to get seat.Cut off increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc.
