According to your percentile, your rank would be-

2,76,166 * 0.08 = 22,094 (Approximately)

I can provide you the cutoff for COEP and PICT of previous years for the GENERAL/OPEN category.

You can get a clear idea.

In 2017, after the last round-

Cutoff Rank (COEP)- 2363

Cutoff Rank (PICT)- 4715 (Home State) and 2756 (Outside Maharashtra)

In 2018, after the last round-

Cutoff Rank (COEP)- 3615

Cutoff Rank (PICT)- 3769 (Home State) and 2469 (Outside Maharashtra)
