It is very difficult for you to get CSE with rank of 16320 in VITEEE 2020.

If you want to study CSE at Vellore campus and that too with a reasonable fee then you should try to get a rank somewhere near to 8000. Even if you are unable to get CSE then go for IT as it closes at a higher rank somewhere near to 13000.
