Yes, You can get many NITs at this rank of 3393 since you will be using your SC quota. 

You may not get CS in the top Nit's but you will get CS if that is what you really want in many other NITs except the top 5.

For example, you may get NIT Kurukshetra, Durgapur, Silchar, Hamirpur, Agartala etc etc
