This institute doesn't consider any home state quota.

It is a bit difficult to get IT dual degree at IIITM bcoz last year it closed with OBC rank around 7800.

But due to the introduction of new branch CSE and increased no. of students intake this year there are fare chances(Not sure) that you can either get CSE(Btech) or IT(Btech+Mtech/Mba) with OBC rank you have.
