B Tech CSE is a much vied for course. Everyone wants to get admission in this program as this is highly lucrative. Well it all depends on the merit list. You will have to wait till the merit list is out. Nobody can tell you whether you will get CSE or not.

LPU NEST exam a national level exam similar to jee-mains pattern. There are 30 questions from each section i.e... Physics, Chemistry and Math and each question carry 4 marks and there is no negative marking.
Now coming back to your question,
Yeah, you will easily get admission in your favourite branch without any problem. In LPU getting admission is not a problem but if you want scholarship, then you have get good rank or good marks.
The cutoff for LPU is just 30%. If you clear that you will get admission easily in whichever branch you want.
Scholarship :
-                     Bracket-1               Bracket-2                  Bracket-3
Phase-1              50%                        40%.                            30%
Phase-2              40%                        30%                              20%
Phase-3              30%                        20%                             10%


Bracket-1: Students scoring more than 95% will get a scholarship of 50%(Phase-1)
Bracket-2: Students scoring 90%-94.99% will get a scholarship of 40%(Phase-1)
Bracket-3: Students scoring 80%- 89.99% will get a scholarship of 30%(Phase-1)

Similarly, for phase-2 and phase-3 as well.
