Yes you have high chances to get seat,if you are lucky enough you will make through it in second counselling.

Generally, admission in CSE at Madan Mohan Malviya University of technology closes around 200–350 combined rank.  But you have ews girl quota,so you may grab seat in CSE branch.Your quota may be an advantage for you.
