At this rank I would say getting NIT Trichy or Warangle is not going to be possible, however those aren't the only, top NITs, yes they are the best ones but not the only ones.

At your rank CSE/IT in NIT Kurukshetra seems to be possible, and you have a really good shot at it, now it may not be the best of all NITs, but I would certainly consider it to be one of top 5-7 NITs
