Can you please clarify, which college are you exactly talking about?
Your question says BIT that is Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
But Birla Institute of Technology admits students on basis of JEE MAIN All India rank and not through any private entrance examination.
VITEEE is also tagged in your question.
So if you mean Vellore Institute of Technology,
With a 30,000 rank in VITEEE 2019 you cannot get Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology branches at VIT VELLORE or VIT CHENNAI campuses.
But you will surely get at VIT BHOPAL or VIT AMARAVATI.
