No, you cant get get direct admission.Admission is done through counseling based on the rank obtained in VIT Masters Entrance Examination (VITMEE).  VITMEE M.C.A. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification of MCA

Bachelors Degree from recognized University in BCA, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) with

Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. 60% or I st Class at the qualifying Examination.

yes you can get  direct admission into VIT but it depends on your qualification too. better to appear VITEE and get a rank below 100K. it is not that difficult to come into this range. some months practice will make you come into the range.

Direct admission is not a good option when it comes to a 1st tier college. These options are not available mostly. so just give the exam and score a rank and get an admission.
