Hope you are doing great. With regard to your question, there is an All India entrance exam for B Des., it is conducted by National Institute of Design. However, there many universities or colleges taking direct admission into the colleges.

Also, there exams like AIEED, NIFT, SEED, and DAT. You can write these exams, and further proceed with counselling and you will be allotted with a better seat, in top colleges, based on your marks scored in these exams.
