yes you can get. There is high chance in state counselling and you can use home state quota also. You can choose CSI kalyani Multispeciality hospital which is located in chennai. There also other options in AP, Telangana which you can apply during AIC.

for eligibility criteria for CSIKMH:-  must have MBBS degree and certified and in possess of certificate approved by MCI.
