Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your SRMJEEE Examination. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. Getting a CSE seat is getting highly tough these days as the demand is very much. With a rank around 17,000, you can secure a  IT, ECE or any other seat except CSE in their main campus i.e. KTR as the closing rank was 23,000 for IT branch, ECE branch closing rank was 27,000. So, just apply to their counselling process and secure a seat easily.
