see jee main rank is based on both 12th and jee main score, jee main exam held in multiple sessions and different board of candidates appeared in the exam , JEE Main Rank List is prepared with composite scores of JEE Main and Normalized Marks of Class XII in the ratio of 60:40. so it would certainly have effects of your 12th score in jee main ranks making, but jee main score has more weightage , so I would suggest you to make better score in next jee main exam sessions.
