In 2019, under 85% state quota for OBC Category 575 marks with corresponding rank of 14638 secured seat was in GMC Bettiah, hence chances  for GMC with AIR 58518 and 533 marks seem tough, though there are possibilities for private medical colleges-

• Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa
• Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj
• Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani
• Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram

however, this is completely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as

• total number of candidates appearing for the exam
• difficulty level of the paper
• top NEET scores
• reservation
• seat matrix, etc..
